Previously: Orev began playing with a lizard while talking about the circumstances of Uriel's fall from grace.
Zoom on Orev's arms; he is holding up the lizard by its arms. One leg is lifted up as if marching.
Orev: I mean, really, what's the point of a Fall if you don't have fun with it?
He releases the lizard and it remains standing on two legs, arms still stretched up as if still being held, and a Napoleon-style hat appearing on its head.
Orev: You should be grateful he let you keep your eternal youth.
The lizard raises its other leg, again in a marching style.
The hat disappears. The lizard looks confused, but is still standing.
Orev: I heard he turned Mem Squadron mortal, the poor bastards.
Zoom out to show Orev playing with the lizard by dangling it by the tail. The lizard struggles. Uriel sits further back.
Uriel: At least mortals get a life in the light of day and a place in the Hereafter. But my squadron, what do we get?
Orev: A generous severence package?
Uriel lunges at Orev, mouth open, revealing fangs.
Uriel stops just inches from Orev's throat, fangs bared. Orev smirks and looks over his shoulder at Uriel.
Uriel: You call this generous?
